About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager (m/f/d) to lead all HR operations and recruiting activities for the German entity our global organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and professional development in a dynamic, fast-growing company that leads the automotive cybersecurity industry.

You will take full ownership of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while working closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that align with business goals. With a focus on recruitment for technical positions and fostering a high-performance culture, you will help shape a workplace that supports individual growth and organizational success.

Tasks

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on engagement, performance, team building, and career development.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to develop and implement strategies for talent engagement, retention, training, and development.
  • Drive recruitment efforts, defining hiring needs with managers, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building proactive talent pipelines.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting initiatives to attract top talent in technical fields.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Location

Located near Wolfsburg, or based in Germany, with a willingness to travel to Wolfsburg on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in a global environment.
  • Recruitment experience, ideally in hiring for technical or IT-related roles.
  • Proven track record in successfully coaching and mentoring managers and employees at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and delivering HR solutions that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
