Your mission

You'll be at the forefront of designing security components, encompassing processes and libraries, for the systems-infrastructure layer. Moreover, you'll be shaping the future of cybersecurity solutions in the automotive sector.

What you can expect

  1. You'll mentor and manage our software engineering team, while actively participating in software development activities.
  2. You'll have direct involvement in team-building processes, shaping the team's competence and composition based on project and business needs.
  3. You'll be hands-on in developing security components using C++ for our systems infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
  4. You'll collaborate with security architects and additional teams.
  5. You'll coordinate internal technical activities within the team.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in C++ design application development over Linux user space.
  2. 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
  3. Proficiency in SW development over Linux systems and networking.
  4. Experience with CI/CD and Docker.
  5. Excellent social, communication, and proactive relationship-building skills.
  6. Fluent English skills (oratory and writing).
  7. B.Sc in Computer Science or related technical discipline.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in cybersecurity or the automotive industry.
  • Flights to Europe are required from time to time.
